Healthy Environment And Lifestyle (HEAL) Solution
The Healthy Environment And Lifestyle (HEAL) Solution is a lifestyle medicine and environmental stewardship programme designed to equip participants with the knowledge and tools to foster healthy, resilient communities and a planet that will sustain us both now and for generations to come.
Workshops
These free-to-attend workshops are presentations outlining the lifestyle changes one can make to benefit one's personal and planetary health. The topics generally cover lifestyle medicine pillars with a particular focus on whole food nutrition, an overview of current climate science, and the important connection between the health of our communities and the environment.
These informative workshops are designed to provide an overview of the benefits of lifestyle changes and environmental stewardship. In addition to being a part of our community outreach programme, we also present at festivals, expos, and to relevant groups and organisations.
Immersive Programme
A fully immersive programme taking a hands-on approach to educating participants on key lifestyle modifications that can prevent and treat common chronic diseases, lessen our environmental footprints and lead to a happier, healthier, and more sustainable future. This programme can be customised on request, or delivered in collaboration with other programmes.
