We believe in providing opportunities to those less fortunate, especially those that could one day make a significant difference themselves. In collaboration with Sport Waikato and Team Energize, we coordinate the collection of sports gear and deliver to lower decile schools in the Waikato region of New Zealand. This includes sports clothing, tracksuits, swimwear, shoes and bags, and equipment such as bats, rackets and balls.

This is a great opportunity to teach about a circular economy, giving unwanted items a new lease of life rather than sending to landfill. The aim is to provide more kids with the opportunity to participate in sport.

“One pair of shoes, an item of clothing or even a cricket bat could change the path of a child, whether it be in sport or just life in general. In addition to associating themselves with other inspiring people, it builds better confidence which in turn develops these kids into good people, with, hopefully, the occasional new sporting star, too,".
