Ben Eitelberg : Co-Founder

Ben brings his passion for people and the environment, drawing from his experiences across multiple and very diverse career paths. Following a career in a demanding corporate world, he is a Triathlon New Zealand accredited and XTERRA certified coach, operating his endurance sports and plant-based nutrition coaching business Fitness Locker.


As an athlete, Ben has represented both South Africa and New Zealand in triathlon for a number of years and now continues to compete in ultramarathon running and swimrun events. With a Vegan Nutritionist Diploma and a Sport for Sustainable Development Certificate, he is an advocate for a whole food plant-based lifestyle and a passionate proponent for responsible, ethical and healthy living.


Based in Auckland, New Zealand, Ben regularly travels the country exploring new trails whilst influencing change at training camps, workshops and expos/festivals.

Emma Strutt : Co-Founder

Emma is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, Fellow of the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine, a qualified yoga teacher (200hrs) and has completed the eCornell Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition. She is currently working towards post-graduate qualifications in climate change adaptation and is an ardent supporter of sustainable development, eco nutrition and a whole food plant-based lifestyle, having followed this approach for over a decade. 

Initially working within the hospital system, Emma now runs a private practice, greenstuff nutrition, based in Boonah, south-east Queensland, Australia. She has also worked as a Research Assistant at a Queensland medical research institute, so loves taking a deep dive into nutrition research!

Emma also serves as lead QLD Dietitian and Advisory Council member for health promotion charity Doctors For Nutrition.

Berna Valladares

Berna has a background in Global Public Policy and Social Work with Human Rights. After completing her studies she began working as a fundraiser supporting projects targeting different causes. 


Later after learning about veganism, she became passionate about solely joining organisations focusing on recognising the connections between the health of humans, animals, and the environment. Supporting an internal strong belief that food choices are essential in making change happen. Berna has successfully raised funds for projects such as school programmes having default veg options in schools, cellular agriculture and research for plant-based alternatives. Fostered programmes in countries such as China, Germany, Poland and South Africa. 


Based in Berlin, Germany, outside of work, Berna enjoys backpacking, camping and cooking.
