Emma Strutt : Co-Founder
Emma is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, Fellow of the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine, a qualified yoga teacher (200hrs) and has completed the eCornell Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition and a micro credential in Sustainability and Development through Deakin University. She is currently working towards post-graduate qualifications in climate change adaptation and sustainability, after realising the impact of our food system is so much bigger than simply influencing human health outcomes. Emma is an ardent supporter of a plant-based lifestyle for the health of people and planet, having followed this approach for over a decade.
Initially working within the hospital system, Emma now runs a private practice, greenstuff nutrition, based in Queensland, Australia. She has also worked as a Research Assistant at a Queensland medical research institute, so loves taking a deep dive into nutrition research!
Emma also serves as lead QLD Dietitian for health promotion charity Doctors For Nutrition.
