Ben Eitelberg - Co-Founder and Podcast Co-Host

Ben is an avid advocate for responsible, ethical and healthy living. In addition to being a highly experienced management consultant, he is also an adventurer, environmentalist, endurance sports coach and a passionate proponent for a whole food plant-based diet.

Ben is a Triathlon New Zealand level 3 accredited and XTERRA certified coach with a Vegan Nutritionist and Sports Nutrition Business Diploma, operating his endurance sports and plant-based nutrition coaching business Fitness Locker for over 10 years. He is also a New Zealand age-group representative at triathlon, completing a number of ultramarathons and other endurance events on a completely whole food plant-based approach. 


Ben is based in Auckland, New Zealand and regularly travels the country delivering training camps, nutrition workshops and presenting at festivals and expos.

Emma Strutt - Co-Founder and Podcast Co-Host

Emma is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, Fellow of the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine, a qualified yoga teacher (200hrs) and has completed the eCornell Certificate in Plant-Based nutrition. She is an ardent supporter of sustainable living, eco nutrition and a whole food plant-based lifestyle, having followed this approach for over a decade. 

Initially working within the hospital system, Emma now runs a private practice, greenstuff nutrition, based in Boonah, south-east Queensland, Australia. She has also worked as a Research Assistant at a Queensland Medical Research Institute, so loves taking a deep dive into nutrition research!

Emma also serves as lead QLD Dietitian and Advisory Council member for health promotion charity Doctors For Nutrition.
